About Me

Chris is a relatively newcomer to the sport first learning how to bowl in 2020 on a few carpet mats laid down in a corridor of the main school in Stanley. In 2022 Chris represented the Falkland Islands in Lawn Bowls at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games. He played both singles and doubles. In 2023 he was a Silver Medalist at the Guernsey Island Games in the Mens Triples. Later that year he represented the Falklands at the Gold Coast for the World Bowls Championships playing doubles. In September 2024 he played singles at the European Championships in Ayr, Scotland. Chris is the reigning Indoor Short Mat National Champion.
